FOU exists to connect the dots between brand, customer and revenue.

The consultancy was founded on a simple premise. Marketing should be commercially grounded, and strategy must translate into measurable business outcomes. FOU partners with organisations that need experienced marketing leadership to turn ambition into structured, effective growth.

Behind FOU is more than two decades of senior commercial marketing experience developed inside some of Australia’s most recognised organisations. Colette Gallagher has led national marketing programs with responsibility for more than $12 million in annual marketing investment within ASX-listed environments, shaping brand strategy, customer engagement and commercial performance across complex organisations.

Her career spans national media, professional sport, automotive and large-scale commercial operations. National advertising and communications strategies have been delivered across Australia and New Zealand for organisations including News Corp Australia, Seven West Media (Pacific Magazines) and Bauer Media.

Within the automotive sector, Colette launched and led Torque Media Communications, the only accredited in-house media agency within an Australian automotive dealer group. She has also held commercial leadership roles with the Gold Coast Titans NRL and has contributed to governance in the not-for-profit sector through non-executive roles, including the Sony Foundation and the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation.

FOU operates with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach. Marketing strategy is developed with implementation in mind so brand positioning, customer engagement and commercial objectives remain aligned from the outset.

Teams ranging from six to sixty people have been mobilised across Australia and New Zealand to deliver national campaigns, organisational change initiatives and complex marketing programs. The work frequently extends beyond marketing strategy into how marketing functions are structured and led, including digital transformation programs, team restructuring and navigating significant market shifts.

Today FOU partners with organisations at pivotal moments. This may involve launching a new brand, repositioning an existing one, strengthening the customer journey or embedding experienced marketing leadership within a business.

Whatever the starting point, the objective remains the same. Connect brand, customer and revenue to deliver sustained commercial impact.
